John Deere Power Systems to Exhibit Marine Engines at the WorkBoat Show

WATERLOO, IA (November 8, 2006) — John Deere Power Systems will exhibit three of its Tier 2 engines — the 6125AFM, 6081AFM and 6068TFM, as well as a generator set powered by the 6068TFM — at this year’s WorkBoat Show in New Orleans on Nov. 29 – Dec. 1.

Product Highlights:
  • The 6125AFM features 12.5L of displacement and provides 526 hp at 2100 rpm.*
    It is a six cylinder, electronically controlled, turbocharged and after-cooled marine engine. The 6125AFM is EPA Tier 2 certified and IMO compliant.
  • The 6081AFM features 8.1L of displacement and provides 375 hp at 2400 rpm.*
    It is a six cylinder, electronically controlled, turbocharged and after-cooled marine engine. It has a high-pressure common-rail fuel system, and the 6081AFM is EPA Tier 2 certified and IMO compliant.
  • The 6068TFM features 6.8L of displacement and provides 201 hp at 2600 rpm.*
    It is a six cylinder, electronically controlled, turbocharged and after-cooled marine engine. The 6068TFM is EPA Tier 2 certified and IMO compliant.

The entire lineup of John Deere marine engines meets EPA Tier 2 emissions requirements, and the engines range in power from 80 hp – 526 hp.
