John Deere Power Systems to Exhibit Marine Engines
Diesel Engines Will Be Highlighted at Miami International Boat Show and Los Angeles Boat Show
WATERLOO, IA (January 18, 2007) — John Deere Power Systems (JDPS) will exhibit one of its marine engines — the PowerTech™ 4045DFM — at this year’s Los Angeles Boat Show Feb. 3 – 11. JDPS will also exhibit three of its marine engines — the PowerTech 6125AFM, 6068TFM and 4045TFM — at this year’s Miami International Boat Show Feb. 15 – 19.
Product highlights for Los Angeles Boat Show:
- The 4045DFM features 4.5L of displacement and provides 80 hp at 2500 rpm.* It is a four cylinder, electronically controlled and naturally aspirated marine engine. The 4045DFM is EPA Tier 2 certified and IMO compliant.
Product highlights for Miami International Boat Show:
- The 6125AFM features 12.5L of displacement and provides 526 hp at 2100 rpm.* It is a six cylinder, electronically controlled, turbocharged and after-cooled marine engine. The 6125AFM is EPA Tier 2 certified and IMO compliant.
- The 6068TFM features 6.8L of displacement and provides 201 hp at 2600 rpm.* It is a six cylinder, electronically controlled and turbocharged marine engine. The 6068TFM is EPA Tier 2 certified and IMO compliant.
- The 4045TFM features 4.5L of displacement and provides 135 hp at 2600 rpm.* It is a four-cylinder, electronically controlled, turbocharged marine engine and is EPA Tier 2 certified.
The entire lineup of John Deere marine engines meets EPA Tier 2 emissions requirements, and the engines range in power from 80 hp – 526 hp.
