Preview: John Deere Power Systems to Exhibit at Miami International Boat Show

WATERLOO, IA (January 23, 2006) — John Deere Power Systems (JDPS) will exhibit four of its Tier 2 marine engines—the 6125AFM, the 6081AFM, the 6068SFM, and the 4045TFM—at this year’s Miami International Boat Show, Feb. 16-20.

Product Highlights:
  • The 6125AFM features 12.5L of displacement and a power range of 341-526 hp (254 kW - 392 kW).*
  • The 6081AFM features 8.1L of displacement and a power range of 235-375 hp (175 kW - 280 kW).*
  • The 6068SFM features 6.8L of displacement and a power range of 182-300 hp (136 kW - 224 kW).*
  • The 4045TFM features 4.5L of displacement and a power range of 107-135 hp (80 kW - 101 kW).*

John Deere has an entire lineup that meets EPA Tier 2 emissions requirements for commercial marine engines, including the 4045DFM and the 6068TFM, along with the models mentioned above.

The John Deere line of marine engines has been well-received by customers and has proved particularly successful in marine generator-set applications.
