LENEXA, Kansas (August 07, 2008)– Commercial snow removal services require reliable equipment to quickly and efficiently remove snow from one location to the next. Frontier Equipment introduces its line of seven new hitch-mounted SB13 Series Snow Blowers that are compatible with 45- to 180-PTO horsepower tractors. Working widths range from 88 to 104 inches.

"The SB13 Series are ideal for commercial customers who need to frequently remove large amounts of snow. Each model is equipped with hydraulic chute rotation that gives you the versatility to blow snow exactly where you want," says Michael Horrell, Frontier sales and marketing manager.

Hydraulic drum rotation is standard equipment on the four largest models. This allows operators to discharge snow to the side of the snow blower, or up through the chute, without leaving the tractor seat. To move snow fast and blow it far, SB13 Series Snow Blowers feature five or six impeller blades depending on the model chosen. Plus, on select models, customers can order their snow blower equipped with dual augers for even faster snow removal.

Each model is Category 2 rear hitch and quick-coupler compatible for trouble-free hookups. The four largest models are also Category 3 rear hitch compatible to take advantage of the increased lift capacity of large tractors.

"A bolt-on reversible cutting edge doubles the life of their edges. The SB13 Series also features adjustable skid shoes for increased durability and product life. These are snow blowers that customers can depend on season after season," Horrell says.
