One-Time Direct Pay is a method of making a single payment on your account.

How do I make a payment using One-Time Direct Pay?

You choose, there are two ways for you to make a payment using One-Time Direct Pay.

1. Online through Customer Self-Service Make A Payment on secured site that requires
    registration, password and PIN.

2. Call Customer Service:

• 800-275-5322 - Installment Loan accounts for Agricultural, Lawn and Grounds Care, and Construction and Forestry equipment



• 800-541-2969 - Homeowners - John Deere Credit Revolving Product for John Deere lawn and grounds care equipment

You will need to provide your bank account and John Deere Credit account information. This authorizes a "One Time" electronic payment from your checking or savings account.

• You must call prior to 3:00 p.m. CST for your payment to be effective the next business day.

Before you call John Deere Credit, you need to have the following information in front of you:

• Your John Deere Credit account information for all the accounts on which you wish to make a payment.
• Bank and account information, i.e., whether it is a saving or checking account. For the typical checking accounts, the account information is located similar to the sample business or personal checks below:
