John Deere's Gold Star program recognizes those dealerships who excel in providing customers with the total John Deere ownership experience. The Gold Star program evaluates dealerships in five functional areas:
- Sales & Marketing
- Customer Support
- Operational Management
- Retail Environment
- Employee Development
Achieving Gold Star status is not a one-time certification; Gold Star dealers must maintain compliance with all requirements, pass on-site reviews and comprehensive recertification audits.
