Stephen Pullin is Senior Vice President, International Financing for John Deere Credit, a position he has held since 2001. He is responsible for the worldwide expansion of Credit in support of the sale of Deere equipment. Credit operates in 16 different countries, offering cross–border financing in other areas through the use of export credit agencies, and is working closely with the equipment divisions through business development to expand financing even further.
Pullin joined John Deere as Vice President, John Deere Credit Inc. in Canada in February 1994 and became Vice President, International Financing for John Deere Credit in 1996.
He began his career in 1976 with a subsidiary of Barclays Bank, holding several positions of increasing responsibility in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Pullin was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer for Barclays Bank Agricultural Finance Corporation in 1989 in Canada. In 1992 he became President of Canadian Equipment Finance Corporation which was then acquired by John Deere Credit.
