The John Deere Excavator simulator offers integrated student record-keeping, portability, real-world tasks, jobsite budget scoring, foot pedals, and focus on safety with real-time feedback in a fun, competitive environment. Simulator can toggle between Spanish and English on the fly!
The tasks included in the simulator are an operator controls overview, placement for trenching, end of day parking, load a truck from a bench, dig a level trench, set a trench box, pick and place pipe, and load onto a trailer.
Replica style joysticks and foot pedals/levers from an excavator are available along with a chair mount for the most realistic training environment. In response to customer request, the chair mount easily folds for transport and will fit in the back of an extended cab pickup. The simulation can be run with a computer that meets system requirements and joysticks available at most electronic stores.
