Our solution includes a 3 level approach with progressive learning building up to a skills verification on a real machine. Knowledge based (Level 1) learning is provided through JDU. Topics included are daily service checks, startup and operation, safety and maximizing machine productivity on a John Deere machine. Simulation technology (Level 2) focuses on operator technique on real-world tasks such as loading trucks, laying pipe and digging a level trench and then skills are verified (Level 3) with an application specialist.
