General Rental Fees - Pavilion and Collectors Center

  • $200.00 for the first two hours
    (minimum rental fee is $200.00)
  • $100.00 for each additional hour
  • Maximum rental period is five hours

General Rental Fees - Historic Site

  • $50.00 for four hours plus a $5.00 gate fee for each individual attending

After verifying with our staff that the facility of your choice is available for your event, a non-refundable amount covering 50% of the rental fee, along with a signed Rental Agreement, will confirm your reservation. The rental contract will detail specific requirements including responsibilities of the renter.

The remaining balance will be collected one week in advance of the event. You will be assessed the current local sales tax.

If you have a Tax Exemption Certificate, it is necessary to have a copy of your current certificate on file in our billing department so that we may properly handle your account. If we do not have your certificate on file, we must charge sales tax on all transactions.

Coat Check

The Pavilion and Collectors Center offer coat/package check service during events at a rate of $20.00 per hour, per staff attendant. Please specify whether you are interested in coat check service at least one week prior to your event.
