Model Year Changes - 4700 Sprayer

1998 Model Changes

  • John Deere 80-foot and 90-foot booms
  • 3 boom suspensions - vertical, center pivot roll, and yaw
  • Protected nozzle placement with the "4" design on boom

1999 Model Changes

  • John Deere designed and manufactured 60-foot boom
  • New break away design with positive return and less maintenance on 80-foot or 90-foot boom

2000 Model Changes

  • In-line fuel injection pump
  • 185 hp with a 6 percent power bulge at 1800rpms
  • New larger planetary gear drives on the rear
  • Tread adjust - optional, no longer standard
  • Traction control valve - available factory installed
