Minutes from the Oklahoma border in northern Texas, the landscape is dominated by cotton fields, peanuts, and grazing beef. This is where Mike Williams farms nearly 3,500 acres, with about 2,000 in pasture, 400 in wheat, 250 in cotton, and 800 in peanuts. He also operates a 65-head cow-calf operation.
